Principle:
By utilizing the different densities of liquid and solid, turbid liquid forms a circular ring with multiple components of different densities under the action of centrifugal force in a high-speed rotating drum. The solid particles with the highest density move outward and accumulate on the peripheral wall of the drum, while the light phase liquid is in the innermost layer. There are discs inside the drum, which divide the drum space into many thin separation spaces, greatly reducing the settling distance and improving and enhancing the separation effect. Any extreme particle between two discs that reaches the inner surface of the disc can be separated. The separated oil is pumped out by the light phase pump, water is pumped out by the heavy phase pump, and impurities are discharged from the discharge pump.
