Purpose:
According to the requirements of field operations, our company has developed the ZYM series trailer type insulation oil vacuum filter, which has the characteristics of easy mobility, fast transfer, rain and dust resistance, and is particularly suitable for oil filtration operations during field power maintenance. The ZYM trailer type oil filter is a two-stage vacuum oil filter that can quickly and effectively remove harmful components such as moisture, gases (acetylene, hydrogen, methane, etc.), and impurities from the insulation oil, restore and improve the insulation performance of the insulation oil. The filtered oil can effectively ensure the safe and normal operation of power equipment. This machine has functions such as vacuum drying, vacuum oil injection, and hot oil circulation. It can also be used as a separate vacuum pumping unit to vacuum treat transformers and power equipment.
Features:
1. Depending on the size of the equipment, a single axle two wheel or double axle four-wheel trailer body is used, with road vacuum tires, equipped with brakes, shock-absorbing steel plates, and towing devices. The maximum speed on paved roads is 60km/h.
2. The oil filter is built into a fully enclosed metal box door and has functions of windproof, rainproof, and dust-proof. The metal door on the operating surface is an upward opening, which has the function of providing shade and rain protection for personnel during work.
4. The vacuum system uses a Roots pump as the main pump and a rotary vane vacuum pump as the front stage pump. It has fast start-up, high pumping speed, stable performance, and a maximum vacuum height of less than 5Pa.
3. Adopting a double horizontal vacuum separation tank, combined with three-dimensional compound flash evaporation technology and unique and efficient dehydration and degassing components. Efficient oil atomization separator greatly improves the vacuum separation space and residence time of oil separation, ensuring one-time dehydration and degassing effect.
4. Strong impurity removal ability: The ultra large area cylindrical precision filter element has high filtration accuracy, large pollutant capacity, and easy installation and replacement. The multi-stage filtration system encrypts and removes fine particles from the oil step by step. The magnetic pre filter at the oil suction port adsorbs fine impurities containing metal and iron. The filter is equipped with a filter element contamination and blockage alarm protection device.
5. Low load heating: Advanced internal and external dual tube indirect heating technology is adopted. The heating inside the heater tube heats up the air, and the thermal radiation inside the outer tube of the heater evenly heats up the oil. The heating surface load does not exceed 1.1W/cm2, completely solving the problem of local overheating caused by ordinary conduction heating methods, leading to oil aging, cracking, and the production of harmful gases. The S-shaped heating flow oil circuit design ensures no dead oil zone during heating, linear heating, and uniform heating.
