Purpose:
The NKVW vacuum unit is a vacuum pumping system consisting of a vacuum pump as the front stage pump and a Roots pump as the main pump. The Roots pump is automatically opened and closed through a vacuum relay or an electric contact vacuum gauge. The unit has the characteristics of fast start-up, high pumping rate, and high ultimate vacuum degree. The equipment is widely used in various industries such as vacuum smelting, welding, chemical pharmaceuticals, vacuum packaging, and power engineering.
Features:
1. This unit uses a Roots pump as the main pump and a rotary vane vacuum pump as the front stage pump. Connect an electromagnetic vacuum inflation valve in series between the front pump and the main pump, which opens and closes with the switch of the front pump.
2. Both rotary vane pumps and Roots pumps use natural air cooling, which is compact in structure, small in size, low in noise, and runs smoothly, ensuring long-term trouble free operation of the vacuum pump and a long service life.
3. The unit is equipped with phase loss and overload protection, which can prevent equipment damage caused by misoperation and ensure the safe operation of the vacuum pump unit under any circumstances.
4. Install a filter at the air inlet of this unit to filter out impurities and moisture in the air, prevent impurities and water vapor from entering the vacuum pump unit, and protect the vacuum pump unit.
5. The sealing parts of this unit adopt leak free sealing.
6. The unit has the function of automatically starting and stopping the pump unit under the set value, that is, when the vacuum degree is lower than a certain set value (which can be set and adjusted), the vacuum pump unit will automatically start, and when the vacuum degree increases to a certain set value (which can also be set and adjusted), the vacuum pump unit will automatically stop.
