Principle

In a high-speed rotating bowl, substances of different densities separate under centrifugal force. Heavy solid particles gather on the bowl wall while light liquid stays inside.Stacked discs create thin separation layers to shorten sediment distance and improve separation efficiency.Clean oil is discharged by light-phase centripetal pump, water by heavy-phase centripetal pump, and impurities are discharged via sludge outlet.
